Create e2e tests for Keycloak implementation #13

We only have end to end testing for the Cognito implementation.

We should add some for the Keycloak implementation as well to make sure everything is thoroughly tested.

It would also make verifying that everything still works as expected easier for developers easier when expanding and modifying methods.
