Wildcards for zipped csvs

This may be a bit of an edge case that I want to hear your thoughts on. It's similar to #326

Basically I have an ftp-server (that I have no control over) that I need to ingest data where the files are stored as zipped csv's.

file1_abc.csv.zip
file2_def.csv.zip
...

Sling manages to read the file correctly when I enter the full path to a file, but providing for example file* or file*.csv.zip makes Sling error out. Is this something that I can expect a fix on, or should I provide alternative methods of solving this as I do realize zipped csv's aren't what we want.
