Shipping methods not shown when user isn't logged in

When a shop is defining that their customers should be able to select the shipping method from within the checkout the selected carriers are only shown when the user is logged in.

WooCommerce settings

The admin has selected multiple carriers and their respective services

Demostore checkout

The customer can see the carriers/services if she/he is logged in

Once the user is logged out / not logged in she/he can't see the carriers/services

Hey @richardblondet if you're experiencing it with and without the plugin being installed my bet would be that this isn't the plugins fault. But I don't wanna just dismiss your concern. Could you please tell us the version of the plugin you're using, so we can have a look?
