Display only carrier name in settings

Currently admins can select from the WooCommerce settings, which carrier and service they would like to use:

To make the user experience clearer, the admin should just see the carrier names that were provided by the shipcloud api and activate the ones they would like to use. This reduces the options the users will get when creating a shipment, because only the selected carrier names will be seen in the corresponding dropdowns
