[feature] 重新整理网站博客里的分类和标签

目前 blog 里面的 categories 及 tags 分类不规范而且过多，不便于显示，需要重新归纳整理一下，最好能够跟 issue 的 labels 里的分类对应。

• 确定社区的文章分类（categories），以后的所有文章的 categories 都会从这些选项里选
• 修改当前文章的 front matter，以满足 categories 定义
• 优化标签显示

我过滤了一下现在的index.md里面所有的categories如下，现在这里面看看哪些合并或替换成什么吧？

有些作为 tag 即可，categories 只要给技术分类即可，可以参考 Infoq 的分类。
