The links in the website navigation is invalid (404 error)

When I visit http://www.servicemesher.com/istio-handbook,
the navigation links on the page left are invalid with 404 error.

All links have lost the /istio-handbook prefix.

This is a problem with the delivery platform I used. I will ask them how to append a / automatically when users visit http://www.servicemesher.com/istio-handbook. For now, I will remind the visitors.
