Move images from repo into Google Cloud bucket #200

Currently logos, hero images, etc. are all hosted on our repo. We now have a Google Cloud bucket. Update the frontend to use the whole URL sent down by the server instead of the relative path, then update the server to point to the public URLs in our bucket: https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/sendchinatownlove-assets/public/assets/
