Success message 'Your subscription has been confirmed.' is missing when confirming newsletter subscription #3780

Description:
Success page saying 'Your subscription has been confirmed.' is missing when confirming newsletter subscription

Expected behavior:
The success page opens like the image:

To Reproduce:
Admin panel:

  1. Open Admin panel -> Stores -> Configuration -> Customers -> Newsletter
  2. Select 'Yes' in 'Need to Confirm' field
  3. Save
  4. Clear cache

FE:

  1. Open website
  2. Scroll down to the footer
  3. Enter not subscribed email
  4. Click on Subscribe

Email:

  1. Open Email
  2. Open link for newsletter subscription confirmation

Actual result:
User redirects to https://scandipwapmrev.indvp.com/default/
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jclW7PAHXiqDtFm0wBU3Vo-O8RS-SOJw/view?usp=sharing
