Update tutorial with extra functionality:

  • gate expansion
  • mention that "cytocopter" style might need to be applied after optimisation ("multithread" issue)

Also, add an explanation about the warning message on inconsistent signs between nodes.
i.e. if there are multiple paths connecting A and C (directly or indirectly) then after the compression step, there might be inconsistent edges, which we never expand to AND gate.
