I can't click on partners at all (I am clicking on it and nothing happens). Is that expected behavior?

It is not expected behaviour. I just tried it on my local with a relatively recent (about a week old) branch, and it's fine. Can you try rebooting, and if that doesn't do the job, what browser are you using?

I was using safari. I fixed the issue by switching to Chrome!

Officially we only support Chrome, though I usually don't have any problem with Safari.
