Priority - Diaper Request Error

Hello.

One of our partner agencies submitted a diaper request via PartnerBase, however, we never received it through DiaperBase. So, she came to pick up diapers and we had nothing prepared in advance which is problematic. Would someone please look into this and let me know? I thought it might have been user error on her part, but she pulled up her PartnerBase account on her phone, and sure enough, the request was listed on their diaper request page.

Name of partner agency- The Rosewood Initiative
Date of diaper request- Friday, 8/28
PartnerBase User Email address- PM me directly, if needed
Items requested- Not sure about quantities, but it was pretty much all sizes of children’s diapers
