Display Point Person contact information in partners#show page

Related to #1790

In the case of turnover, we want to give our diaper base users to access the contact information of their partner's point person. We currently have them stored in the partner application on the Partner records. The goal of this issue is to make it so that the information is available in the diaper base application on the partner#show page accessible via the partner page.

Things to Consider

• You'll need to make a PR in the partner application. To expose the point person contact information via API.

Criteria for Completion

• Diaperbase users can see the available point person contact information in the partner#show page.
• You handle properly the case in which this information is not provided. It clearly indicates that it isn't provided.
