Map "onDrag" event?

Hello, I should disable "followUserLocation" when the map is dragged by the user.
But I can't see any "onDrag" event for the Map, and "onLongPress" don't work when the map is dragged.
Is there any solution?

I've found that something like that can be achieved with "onRegionWillChange", and next get the property "isUserInteracion".
More or less the same :)
