Whenever I install any distro, and do Ctrl+L in the "OS Verification is off" screen it brings me to GNU Grub, but all the options do not boot. They do nothing. The partition exists as I checked in the BIOS, but it seems to not have detected it.

What device are you installing this on?

If it supports AltFW with actual UEFI vs SeaBIOS it could be that your distro didn't get installed with EFI support.
