That version of ubuntu fails to install because it got removed from ubuntu's website, so is there any way I could use a custom image to install that particular version of ubuntu in my chrx partition?

Sorry, at the moment -m is only for GalliumOS, but since that is dead I'm hoping to fix it at some point to work for some of the distros that have mirror support (including local apt-cacher-ng or similar).
