What happened?

'Stop' is more explanatory of what the command does; stops the metadata sign while it is still in-process.

What steps did you take?

I think this makes sense as rstuf admin metadata sign --delete sounds as if we are deleting a signature.
Maybe instead it could be rstuf admin metadata sign stop meaning stop to be an argument, not a command.
What do you think @kairoaraujo, @KAUTH ?
