Description

As we keep improving E2E coverage and add new test suites, we're adding helper functions (some of them coming from upstream CAPI and adapted to RKE2 control plane), e.g. #424.

To improve re usability we should add a framework package, similar to the ones found in other projects like Turtles or upstream CAPI.
