Compare cookbook tasks with Trello cards

In addition the updates I'm doing on the cookbook, I think it's time to review the cards we have on the Trello Workshop Template to make sure we've got everything covered on both ends.

This means checking against:

• the tasks and their descriptions
• the timelines
• the associated roles
