Make header more consistent

"I'm used to having the ability to access settings on any screen within an app so, once the onboarding process is completed, I'd expect to have the tri-dot menu appear on all screens (I was surprised to see it on the Profile screen but not other screens - I'd assumed it just didn't exist). Maybe it'd be possible to shoe-horn it into a singular, consistent header menu that includes "Invite" and "Give" and use that menu across all main screens?"
