OPML error: unsupported version of opml: 1.1

rrss failed to import OPML 1.1 from youtube.com.

To reproduce:
Go to https://www.youtube.com/subscription_manager while logged in to youtube account.
Click 'Export subscriptions' at bottom of page.
Import downloaded 'subscription_manager' file into rrss.
rrss fails with 'OPML error: unsupported version of opml: 1.1'

Thank you for reporting this problem.

I see that the OPML version 1.1 is very similar to 1.0, I will fix this in the next release.

In the mean time, if you open the OPML with a text editor an manually change the version to 1.0, it should import fine.
