[Documentation] Posts Collection Block

I've written the documentation for the Posts Collection Block. @georgeolaru it would be of great help if you could take a look and let me know your feedback.

@andreiungurianu Thanks for starting this article! @razwan is working on restructuring the Posts Collection block and consolidate it under a parent block that will support Posts Collection, Cards Collection, Carousel, and Slideshow among others.

Let me take another look in 1-week and see where we stand then – we might need to restructure the article a little bit and broke it into some distinct sections shared between multiple blocks (eg. Customize Block Spacing, Customize Block Colors, etc)
