Improve UX of rename/create protocol window

When we rename a protocol or create a protocol it would be nice if we could bind the arrow up and arrow down keys to scroll up and down the list of protocols. Like this it would make it easier to select the one we want without having to get the mouse.

The UI is: StProtocolNameChooserPresenter

There is something close to that already in another presenter that can be used as inspiration in StBrowserSearchPresenter>>#initializeSearchField
