run script analyse_and_plot_pulses with one measured data: error message

Hi Together,

I can run the script with the loaded reference measurements.

As soon as I replace the data with my own measurements, I get an error message:

THL = -300 # same as settting in pulse_recorder.py

Did you use the same threshold setting in the script (THL) as in the pulse recorder (trigger level)?
I would need to see the full error output of the script to help more and the whole line that changed for loading your own measurement file.

Thanks for your reply. I attached my error message. I checked the trigger level and used mine, the program pulse recorder recognized several incidences. But now the analyses_and_plot_pulses.py script doesn't work. Thats why I attached my file which I recorded. Do you have an Idea?

There seems to be some issue with the file format, I cannot open the .pkl file.
If you use the record and analyse scripts on the same python system it should work, but maybe your installation is too old os has some module version conflict. It should work in principle with Python version 3.6 or newer.
Which version of Python are you using and on which platform, how was its installed?
Try updating the pandas and numpy modules to their newest versions.
If module updates change nothing, I would recommend a fresh python installation using the https://www.anaconda.com/ python distribution.
