Get a public video-chat channel for people to ad-hoc join dev meetings #19

To avoid people to sign-up beforehand (with me) to get invited for dev meetings, we should allow people to freely / anonymously hop on and off to dev meetings. We need to decide which tool to use. Options:

@sschuberth - yes, I'm working through the approvals to set up a new zoom account, that the project can use.

Create a Microsoft account for ORT so we could also use free account of Teams
