Get a public video-chat channel for people to ad-hoc join dev meetings

To avoid people to sign-up beforehand (with me) to get invited for dev meetings, we should allow people to freely / anonymously hop on and off to dev meetings. We need to decide which tool to use. Options:

• Paid Slack subscription
• Zoom provided by LF
• https://zulip.com/
