Migrate Docker -> Orbstack without a Docker desktop installation?

On my M1 Mac I have Docker installed using Rancher desktop.
All Docker command line tools work, but there is no Docker Desktop.
I installed Orbstack Version 1.8.2 (18394). Impressive speed, love it.

How can I migrate containers, images and volumes?

Priority would be volumes, containers and images can be recreated or pulled.

Volumes should usually be mounted on the host if they are meant to be persistent. Otherwise you're running the risk of losing that data if anything goes wrong with Rancher Desktop and you're forced to reset the VM.
That being said, it's too late for your already existing volumes. What you can do is copy data from your current docker containers that have the volumes mounted to your host machine (you'll have to do it manually for each volume), and then recreate your containers in Orbstack with bind mounts to the folders you copied the data to.
