Support for grouping containers

Currently, Orbstack offers collapsible views to separate running and stopped containers. I believe it would be a valuable enhancement to introduce the ability to group containers, similar to folders, with the added functionality to start and stop all containers within a group.

For instance, I manage multiple projects for different clients, and grouping containers by client would greatly improve organization and provide a clearer overview.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this!
