My reduced iteration was entirely spent on #9691; Reproduced the closing websocket during hibernation; the reconnecting part was easy, but I wanted also at least initialize the protocol again, and that required a significant refactoring.

The PR in review make reconnections and re-initialization, but no more state update, so IDE still does not work properly after hibernation - the hibernation saga ends with #8522 and #8523 (the latter likely already working).

Also, a tiny fix: #9676 to not include GUI

• Fix node placement #9696 – small issue with node placement.
• Implement special handling of subapplications when collecting MethodCallInfo #9677 – a quite complicated case of (mis-)interperting stale method call info in widget tree, causing some argument placeholders to be duplicated. Thanks to the discussion with the whole GUI team, we came to a reasonable solution.
• Dev server works slowly #9690 – extremely annoying dev server issue that happens on my machine only. Caused by some dependency update a month ago, still investigating.

Imagine you have two tables. One with columns ["a", "b", "e"] and second with columns ["c", "b", "e"]...

After adding an on condition, the widget offers only "b" and "e"...

Why? Because the Table.Widgets_Helper can access values of arguments of the join function. If zeroth argument or argument named right is a Table, then the widgets can compare columns of self and this table and offer only meaningful suggestions - e.g. only columns that are present in both tables.

This is status as of 81aa216 and it seems to be stable - e.g. you should be able to see the same on your computer after running sbt:enso> runProjectManagerDistribution
