Remove bank details from donation website to prevent misuse

Consider removing donation account bank details from website and ask people to get in touch instead.

Some transactions have recently turned up directly in the account that look suspicious. One person has reported that donation as fraudulent and caused a stop on the account. Most donations come through the donation platforms and payment gateway. To prevent fraudsters, we should consider removing this information, instead directing people to contact us. If its a larger donation an email is unlikely to be a barrier to entry.
