Option to feed Mica a "Published" Version of a Taxonomy

Use case would be:
When Mica needs to update opal taxonomies, Opal would give it a taxonomy'.
Taxonomy' would be a published version of taxonomy where all of it's vocabularies and terms have at least on variable tagged with it.
Taxonomy' can be prepared (in R or other environment) then fed to opal for publishing.
Taxonomy and Taxonomy' must then at least share the same name.
