Cookie not deleted after logout

Tested using agate users to connect to opal.
On login, opalid cookie is created and a user ticket is also created in agate
On logout cookie remains in browser but user is removed from agate's tickets list.

This starts a loop of attempting to login using the cookie, agate refusing authentication, redirection to login page, detection of opalid cookie and back again.
