This issue is unique

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Version information

5.2.3

Expected behavior

Collected Datasets can be read and imported from file source

Actual behavior

A valid file is uploaded (Via Collected Datasets>Files>Upload) and can be downloaded. The path is copied via the "copy file path to clipboard" button. The copied path is pasted into the Data Source> File source> Path field. Yet indexing/publication fails with "Verify the datasource is available. org.obiba.magma.support.DatasourceParsingException: Errors while parsing tables of datasource: /collected-dataset/1247/FILENAME.xlsx"

Reproduction steps
