Cleanup - Remove obsolete and unused code

• In the Individual Study and Harmonization Initiative pages there are two buttons that are not very useful:

  • Export CSV : this is in jsonpath format and there is no real use for it, probably an obsolete request
  • Print : the output is not very apt for print, this requires a different print-specific template. Better to implement this in the public pages.

• In the DAR admin config page, there is a section to define predefined actions. This functionality is not at all used in the new UI in the public pages. In addition, the current implementation suffers from bad UX.

• In the Indexing admin page, Index All has become a little obsolete since the order of indexing of datasets and studies matters.
