Integrate ubi with OpenSearch's documentation website: https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/

Scope issues so far:

The searches go to https://search-api.opensearch.org/search?q=data+prepper&v=latest. So, we need to install ubi there if we want any of the query store functionality, possibly the query_id generation
Integrating an event logging client is pretty straight forward but would only able to log to the event store
We need to decide which events to instrument beyond search
