Including a docker image in the official pipeline would be helpful so that we can use that image for testing in our own CI workflows. Having the simulated DAQmx devices might be asking for too much but it would be great. Ideally you could include a ini/json/toml/.... file in your Dockerfile which setup the simulated DAQmx devices.

@ansible42 and the NI RTOS team had a discussion offline about his use-cases. Because some parts are confidential I won't post a summary here, and I'll leave this issue open until the project has a solution.
Anyone else can feel free to endorse this issue and provide additional requirements, if you have an interest.
