Web component for avatar selection

Create a web component for avatar selection similar to naf-mic-button and naf-chat-button, to be used in gltf-model-plus playground example, see my comments:

• Add ui components like mic and chat when enabling multi-users c-frame/aframe-gltf-model-plus#37
• Use an animated fullbody avatar in the example c-frame/aframe-gltf-model-plus#40
• Create a glitch project we can easily remix to change the scene c-frame/aframe-gltf-model-plus#39

Put it in https://github.com/networked-aframe/naf-nametag-solidjs and rename the repo to naf-ui-components with a better documentation on how to use the web components and make the https://naf-nametag-solidjs.glitch.me/ui-components.html the main index.html, also expose naf-ui-components src/components files to be used a ES modules.
