Currently, the figures/ directory has a script for each figure, by figure number. But I think the figure numbers have changed quite a bit as we've added/removed figures. It would be helpful to have a README and/or add a comment to the top of each figure script describing the figure, to make it easier to find the code associated with a particular figure
