• Contact Number: The phone number to reach the HR department.
• Name of the Contact Person: The name of the HR representative or recruiter.

• We can create a simple form where users can input the above information.
• The submitted information could be stored in a structured database format, making it easy for others to search and access.
• A moderation system could be put in place to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
