Is this Project still being maintained?

I noticed 15 open PRs, and the last comment on any issues from the project owner @mperdeck was in 2014. (https://github.com/mperdeck/LINQtoCSV/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+commenter%3Amperdeck)

It seems that this project has been abandoned - though many are still using it. Perhaps it would make sense for someone with a more up-to-date fork to take over? Any takers?
