signal_to_arudino_format.txt

This file refers to the strings that will be sent to the arduino from the C# program.
If you are responsible for writing a function which creates a string to be sent to the arduino be sure to write clear explaination of the format of the signal

Format:
"SM" (two letters), Two ints indicating leg number ((5)), and servo number ((8)) respectively
