Pull Prometheus server version during must-gather, include in data dump #17

It's necessary to know the prometheus version running on-cluster so that we can launch the correct container version locally to view a metrics dump. Right now we're set up for compatibility with OCP 4.6 (as of #16) but we may find that we'll need continuous updates as OCP 4.x marches forward.
