I noticed:

  1. delete a source cluster namespace referenced by a plan AFTER going through the migplan wizard
  2. then run the migration
  3. the migration will get stuck instead of failing during WaitForRefresh
  4. you can't fix the issue from the UI, you can only manually delete the migmigration
