Describe the bug
When task switching to the calculator app with ALT-TAB very often the accessibility shortcuts are shown. This is very annoying as it changes the behavior of the app and when you don't notice it immediately it could really mess up calculations where you need data from other apps to do the calculations.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the calculator app.
  2. Open any other app.
  3. Use ALT-TAB to switch back to the calculator app.
  4. For me, 9 out of 10 times the accessibility shortcuts H and I show up for the menu and history.

Expected behavior
The accessibility shortcuts should only show up when the app is already in focus and the ALT key is pressed explicitly.
