The UniversalPackage@0 tasks doesn't allow running on MacOS with Apple Sillicon processors (arm64). While the artifact tool script has been adapted to install the x86_64 binary of the ArtifactTool.

Currently ArtifactToolUtilities.ts throws an error when trying to run on arm64 / darwin.
