Approval worflow user group members, sequence one

Hi,

When approving a journal batch, with the setup of the workflow user group containing two users, each with sequence one, Business Central responds as expected upon approval by user one, but not by the other user.

The expectation is that one approval is sufficient. The workflow has been adjusted accordingly by removing the default step 'an approval request is approved, pending approvals > 0, send approval request for the record...' and removing the filter pending approval:0 at the step 'an approval request is approved -> remove record restriction'.

It is noteworthy that when user one approves, the system responds correctly and releases the journal batch, while approval by the other user does not result in the release of the journal batch.
