No pressure sensitivity when using with XP-Pen Artist 22 Plus

v0.6.0

OS/device including version:
Windows 10 and XP-Pen Artist 22 Plus tablet

Issue description:
Whenever I've tried to use Lorien, pen pressure simply doesn't work. I've messed around in Lorien's settings and even in my tablet's driver, to no avail. I'd really like to be able to use this application, but the lack of pen pressure for my specific device/OS is keeping me from using it at all.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Lorien on a Windows 10 pc
• Try writing/drawing in the program on an XP-Pen Artist 22 Plus tablet
