[Bug] no errors logged

What happened?

There are no php errors logged to error_log

I only have this
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: [stats.roosit.eu] Error in Matomo: Unexpected response from OAuth service.

Logviewer is also not showing anything. I had to disable access set_error_handler

What should happen?

you should see useful errors

@f1-outsourcing Errors in matomo should normally be logged to the file matomo/tmp/logs/matomo.log, unless configured differently. For troubleshooting it could be helpful to past you log configuration - if set - in config.ini.php
Also I'm wondering what exactly the problem is, that you are facing? Is there any visual error you would expect to be logged?
