[v2, bug] content editor - selecting heading - H1 as icon is misleading

in the editor of the content - when selecting an unset text i can select in the popup menu on the very left between three options of "convert to" - 1) heading, 2) list, 3) blockquote

the icon fpr the heading is H1 - this is highly misleading - it should be heading neutral as the selection of the the level is done elsewhere
