Would it be possible to use time indication in the timezone of the Artemis server?

Describe the bug
Artemis can send mails including times (start of exercise, deadline, etc). The times appear to be in UTC. There is no indication which timezone is used in the mails..
Would it be possible to use time indication in the timezone of the Artemis server?
Mailtext:
The times in the web frontend are shown in CET (Central European Time) in our installation. They differ by one hour to the text of the mail.
To Reproduce
Create an exercise with deadlines.
Wait until it starts.
Expected behavior
I'd prefer mails showing the times in the timezone of the Artemis server. If really needed, the timezone could be appended.
