Description

The layout of the "Repository Overview" page (and the entire Handbook section) breaks on smaller screens, causing usability issues for mobile and tablet users. Elements on the page are not scaling correctly, making the content difficult to view and navigate.

Expected Behavior

The page and the entire Handbook should be fully responsive, with the layout adapting smoothly to various screen sizes (mobile, tablet, and desktop). All content should be easily readable and navigable on smaller devices without breaking or overlapping.
