After some initial testing with Zapier, I am not confident GitHub > Zapier > Buffer is a thing that's possible. cc @SD-13

Sujay asked for context which I forgot as I was in a hurry.

I could not find a way to look at labels with Zapier. There was no way to actually see the label (using their pre-defined hooks and service connection). It may be possible to do through some kind of API call via GH Action? Not certain of that though.
